How much does it cost?
To ensure the program remains inclusive and accessible, all clinics utilize a community-supported pricing model. This approach helps reduce barriers to participation while still supporting the true costs of coaching, planning, and program delivery. Every participant receives the same high-quality experience regardless of the level selected.
What should I bring?
A helmet, a mountain bike and closed toed shoes are required to participate—no exceptions. In addition, participants are strongly encouraged to come prepared with:
Being prepared helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Are clip-in pedals or flat pedals acceptable?
Flat pedals are strongly recommended, especially for beginner and intermediate riders, as they allow for safer skill progression and easier dismounts. Riders who are highly experienced and comfortable using clip-in pedals are welcome to use them, but should be confident in their ability to quickly disengage when needed.
Is a hardtail mountain bike acceptable?
Yes. A hardtail mountain bike (front suspension only) is absolutely appropriate for these clinics. While full-suspension bikes are also welcome, they are not required. The most important factor is that your bike is in safe, working condition.
